You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid WhatsApp account to use DukaDebt. By using the service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Your Responsibilities
When using DukaDebt, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about debts and payments.
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- Not use the service to harass, threaten, or send inappropriate messages to customers via our reminder features.
- Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the service.
- Keep your WhatsApp account secure.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the debt and payment records you enter. DukaDebt is a record-keeping tool and does not verify or guarantee the validity of any transaction.
4. Service Availability
We strive to keep DukaDebt available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
5. Pricing and Payments
DukaDebt offers a free tier with limited features. Paid plans may be offered at prices displayed within the service. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Flutterwave. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to active users.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of DukaDebt is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekadio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DukaDebt, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Account Termination
You may stop using DukaDebt at any time by sending "delete account" to the bot or by simply not using the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active users of significant changes via WhatsApp.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baden, Austria.
